Where we started

MHG Strategy was built by someone who spent years inside business operations — close enough to see exactly where the gaps were. Not in strategy. Not in ambition. In execution.
Working directly with businesses across web operations, revenue systems, and back-office workflows, the pattern was consistent: capable teams held back by fragmented tools, manual processes, and systems that couldn't keep pace with their growth. The ambition was there. The operational foundation underneath it wasn't.
The gap wasn't a shortage of advice. There was no shortage of consultants willing to deliver a roadmap. The gap was in execution — in someone willing to build the system, run it, and stay accountable to what it produced. That's what MHG Strategy was built to be.
